This was my first year working with both of them and hope it doesn’t have to be my last. This was my second year in a super late model and I was very successful. July 25th, 2014 // Eagle River, WI -- 2nd Yellow River race - I was very excited to get back to Marshfield and race the second yellow river because I was tied for second in points. I qualified third, the car was a little free off. This time the race was only 75 laps. I started in the middle of the pack and made it up to fourth. July 7th, 2014 // Eagle River, WI -- State Park Speedway July 3 - Four for #04 at State Park Speedway! Natalie is fast timer and feature winner in the limited late for four consecutive races! John DeAngelis raced his limited late for the first time this season at SPS. During the last three laps of the feature Natalie ran on the outside of DeAngelis side by side with not even enough room to slip a dime inbetween their side panels. Coming across for the checkered, Natalie managed to cross the finish line ahead by only a hundreth of a second. Full Story

July 2nd, 2014 // Eagle River, WI -- June 27 Golden Sands Speedway - Qualifying for Natalie is still a work in progress, she qualified 11th in the super late class. Her cousin, Claire, mastered qualifying tonight! Claire was fast time! She rolled the dice for the feature line up and rolled a six, which helped Natalie's starting position. However, it put Claire in starting position 13 and Natalie had second row inside. Feature went from green to checkered with Natalie finishing second and Claire tenth. Full Story

June 23rd, 2014 // Eagle River, WI -- June 19 state park speedway - The Flip Merwin Memorial race at State Park Speedway was supported by many fans and race drivers, including Decker Racing! It was a memorable moment for Natalie to carry the American flag on an honorary lap for Flip after the National Anthem. Natalie set fast time again in her Limited Late Model, however, was unable to finish out the evening with a feature in this class because of rain. In the Super Late Model, she qualified 10th out of 23 which put her in the feature by time. Full Story

June 15th, 2014 // Eagle River, WI -- The family flew out on Friday morning so we could watch Paige race in Langley on Saturday. I haven’t seen her sense she left in February to move down there. I didn’t have much time with her because I needed to be at the hotel to check in for the Peak Stock Car Dream Challenge. We received our suit, shoes, gloves, helmet, hats, and shirts. Than we did an interview and took some pictures, that night we all the contestants went to dinner. The next three days were an amazing experience. Full Story

June 13th, 2014 // Plover, WI -- Golden Sands Speedway - It was a "Friday the 13th and a full moon kind of race" night for team #04. The night started off with qualifying at sixteenth out of twenty-three in the super late class. The team was now discussing their strategies for the remainder of the evening and Chuck was concerned on where this would put Natalie in points standings because she had to make her way into the feature with a twenty-five lap B Main race which would put extra laps on the tires. June 3rd, 2014 // Eagle River, WI -- This year I’m racing a brand new car from Wes Coon and Chris Wimmer. I was so excited to finally get to race it. It was my first time being in the car so during practice I was just getting use to how the new car worked. When it came to qualifying I did alright. I was happy for only being in the car for a short amount of time. There was thirteen cars and I ended up finishing eleventh. It was definitely a ruff start in the new car.

June 9th, 2014 // Eagle River, WI -- June 5th, State Park Speedway. Natalie competed in the Limited Late and Super Late divisions with a FAST TIME, HEAT WIN and FEATURE WIN in the Limited Late class. With a small car count, the feature was cut back to ten laps where Natalie started in the back and made her way to the front in such a short duration. For the second week in a row Natalie crossed the finish line in the Super Late feature in fifth position! Full Story

June 4th, 2014 // Concord, NC -- To start things off, I am currently living down in Concord, North Carolina racing for the NASCAR Drive for Diversity team. I was privileged enough to be selected after the combine I participated in to come down and represent the diversity team, and also be the only female to do so. This is a developmental team funded by NASCAR, which has a goal of bringing more diverse drivers up into the top level of racing. May 11th, 2014 // Eagle River, WI -- Dells Raceway Park on May 10th was a great start to Mother's Day Weekend.  To start off the evening, all the mothers received a rose from the race track including Natalie's mother.  Next, Natalie was happy to have some of her long distant fans travel to cheer her on through an entire 40 lap feature race, unlike last week where her race ended shortly after getting pinched down in the corner causing her to spin and result in getting t-boned. May 4th, 2014 // Eagle River, WI -- May 3rd Natalie Decker's race season began with her Limited Late Model at Dells Raceway Park in Wisconsin Dells, WI. Tom Ress, her crew chief, took the limited apart and went through the car with a fine tooth comb over the winter. After Natalie's third test session on race day, she was third fastest on the track out of sixteen cars. She was all smiles after that session and was ready to go out and try for a top five qualifying time. At the end of the eighteen cars qualifying, Natalie was seventh fastest. Full Story

February 28th, 2014 // Eagle River, WI -- Once it was known that Natalie would be moving up to the super late model ranks, driving a Wes Coon and Chris Wimmer prepared car, it was decided that Speed Weeks would be the perfect opportunity to get many laps of seat time in just nine days of racing.  Actually seven nights of racing in nine days to be exact, that’s if everything went as planned.
